Project Management at DataVision is a state-of-the-art task, executed by experienced Project Managers. Whether the Project is internal or for enterprise wide customer, every activity is covered under Project Management approach.

Starting from the initiation till implementation, a scientific methodology is followed in close involvement of the customer at every stage of development. This ensures that every task executed, is as per the customer's expectation. Scope documents are prepared after fully understanding the requirement. Development is started only after approval of scope document. During development coding standards, design standards are strictly followed. Every process is well documented. Any amendments to final scope document or changes during the process are covered under well-defined Change Control Management process.

After development, testing is performed with the help of sophisticated test tools like Rational Rose FT. Test cases are prepared for different test scenarios and recorded appropriately for customer reference. Any bugs found during testing are logged into Bug Trekking system. Such bugs are sorted out and complete history is available on the system for reference. Access to browser base bug tracking system is available to customer.

Project Life Cycle and Customer Interaction

During delivery of the project, on-site testing and implementation is done by fully involving the customer with the process. Due to which at the time of signing off the project customer is fully satisfied with the deliverables.
